And so God said "let there be Valentines"
So...I have become quite predictable, normally I would suggest that Valentine's day is a prefabricated holiday invited by the greeting card companies, however i don't tend to agree with such a radical statement. When I was in grade school our parents and teachers would suggest making valentines for all the other students in class, but why is this so? At that age how could you even know what love is? The majority of the people I know don't even observe the day. I suppose I could sound a little bitter about the whole thing since I've been single for awhile, although this is the one day out of the year where everyone is suppose to "have someone". But everyone who doesn't "have someone" is now depressed because one stupid day out of the year says so. So now I'm back in grade school and I'm the only one who didn't get any valentines. I would like someone to explain why to an eight year old.

Grammy's 2010
Ok, so I actually tuned into the grammy's last night which is silly cuz the last time i watched the grammy's was in 96'. Since it's been over 10 years from then music seemed to have changed alot. Either music has started sucking alot more since then or the academy just sucks. I mean really?? Taylor Swift? Album of the year?? Seems like that's a waste of an award, that award would go to better use if it was melted down and used as a doorknob or something. Why is she so popular?? is it her looks? Cause' it certainly can't be the music considering her songs all consist of the same 3 chords and the same words over and over again, yes Taylor your label allowed you to write all the songs on your album now who's best interest was that in anyway? However, a few performances that shouldn't have been missed would be of course Beyonce who broke into the biggest man hating song of the 90's "you outta know", Pink's aerial performance, oh and of course where would the grammys be without a cameo from Sir Elton John (thx Lady Gaga, i think there should be an award for who's outfit would most likely block out the sun, she'd have that one in the bag). But besides that the only reason worth watching was the tribute to Micheal Jackson accompanied by 4 artists who actually know how to sing (sorry Taylor). Unfortunately I didn't get the memo that it was going to be in 3D so during the entire thing I was straining my eyes, I mean where exactly can you pick up a pair of cardboard 3D glasses??
